Another occupant of the passenger vehicle was pronounced dead after being rushed to a nearby hospital. The last occupant of the car is still in the hospital and receiving treatment for serious injuries.
Police arrested the driver of the SUV. Officers say that he was taken to a local hospital for treatment and determined that he was intoxicated. They charged him with intoxication manslaughter and intoxication assault.
