Licensed in 1993. Practiced primarily commercial litigation with some condemnation law until 2005 of-counsel with the Rothfelder-Falick law firm in Houston. Other work experience includes fighter/attack pilot (USMC, 1964-1970), banker (1970-1976), homebuilder (1971-2020), real estate broker, and insurance recording agent.
