14-year-old Texas girl struck and killed in an I-10 car accident

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, a young woman was recently killed after being struck by a car. The car accident occurred on Interstate 10 along Purple Heart Memorial Bridge in Orange County on Monday night, Nov. 11. As a result of the crash, all of the eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 were temporarily closed.

Texas woman sues for wrongful death after fatal car crash

A Texas woman has recently filed a wrongful death as well as a personal injury suit against a transfer truck driver and the company he works for in relation to a fatal car crash that happened earlier this year. The truck driver apparently rear-ended the vehicle of the woman's friend, causing him to die from his injuries. The Texas woman is seeking damages on several grounds in her wrongful death suit.
